Just got this email from move-on, they're raising money to put pressure on Lieberman. I got out my credit card for this, hopefully others will as well.

Better us exchanging money than letting Moveone, which ignored the Stolen Election voting machine issue, which jumps on every popular cause with its greedy little hands out, (and then disappears before it can make a real change), have more of my dough.

3. Called my senators to give my opinion.

I gave my rant, and when I asked Senator Boxer's assistant whether the Senator was going to vote for a bill without a public option or Medicare provision, the assistant said "Well, Senator Boxer is a strong proponent of the public option." I asked the assistant to have Senator Boxer remind the other senators that, in this age of the internet, they can't pass a bad bill and think no one will notice. We bloggers will read the bill and point out the important provisions to everyone who has the internet.

Congress can't get by with this shoddy, corrupt work any more. It's time they realized that.
