And After All This... After All Of This SHIT... Joe Lieberman Will Keep His Chairmanship |
|
Edited on Tue Dec-15-09 07:23 PM by WillyT
I have never been so embarrassed to be a Democrat in my life.
Pretty much straight ticket since 1974.
Disgusted, is waaay too featherweight of a word...

14. No they wouldn't have crucified him, but they would be pulling his body from the wreckage |
|
of a small commuter plane somewhere in the wilderness.
They don't tolerate dissent. Sometimes, I think we should take a lesson from them (not that I'm advocating violence against that asshat, but I won't cry when he goes belly up either).

4. Since 1972 I have never failed to vote. |
|
Furthermore, I have never voted for any candidate who was not a Democrat, save one Independent running uncontested for a commissioner's office back in teh 1980's. I've volunteered on some Democratic campaign or another in every election except two. I've given money. My house and yard have been a Democratic-candidate sign farm. I've hosted gatherings, organized and promoted fundraisers and performed for free dozens of times to help Democrativ candidates raise money.
I'm done now though. Good luck in 2010, 2012 or ever.
It is now both parties for the corporations and every man for himself. I'm starting with me.

Joe Lieberman and the "Centrist" Democrats (Obama included) have pleased their masters.

With this, and the heath care idioticy the dems will probably lose much of their base. Which means they have lost the senate in '10 and will have a weaken majoriy in '10, and will lose the presidency in '12.
Once again the dems have grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory-something that they know how to do well.
Time to start over from scratch folks. The folks we have in now are next-to-useless, if not harmful for the rest of us.

10. On a side note, We are a Republic. |
|
That must be how Obama sees us. 'Everyone speaks' according to our fore-fathers.
Bush and Cheney ruled as if we were a democracy, but that's not how the Founders forsaw us.
It's a Republic.
And Holy Joe can go to hell. See, I can say that within a republic.
