I haven't made very many OP's about this health care debate. I've been trying to formulate one now

After all, this is the only place I visit where I could post some opus about how I feel, or my analysis of what's in the Senate bill etc.

But alas, after thinking it over for the better part of a day, I just can't do it. There's too much to talk about, and I'm too worn out and distressed about it. I'm pretty depressed over how the whole thing has turned out, to say the least, and it's gotten to the point where I can't even talk about it. That's saying something for me right there, because all of my friends (and even those who just put up with me for the sake of civility) will tell you that I'm rarely at a loss for words. It's just a shame that all our good intentions for reform have been twisted around into a monstrosity that I can't comprehend.

I think that post from Digby sums up my ideas though. I'm just depressed.
