I watched the President's speech on MSNBC yesterday, and the whole time Max Baucus was standing behind the President. The look on Baucus's face during the speech was infuriating. Video link below:

2. Infuriating? I thought it was funny.
He wasn't blinking; his eyes would grow wide and wild. Then after an inordinate amount of time he would blink and the whole thing would start over again. I stopped watching the tape after the first couple of minutes.
That is one weird dude.
