(the one exception was the whole Pelosi-Catholic Bishops-Stupak episode)
But at least they managed to put a bill together and pass it with far more good than bad. Their list of the 14 things that would happen immediately with their bill was impressive and good stuff - especially the National High Risk Pool)

Since they represent smaller districts, they can reflect what's going on locally. The senate's size lends it to a lot of catch-all thinking.
