Lieberman: ta major question that remains for me....

Now, I am not advocating any incivility and certainly no violence, but does it not strike anyone else here as a bit strange that Lieberman--given his penchance for giving SO DAMNED MANY the middle finger-- has never even gotten a pie in his face, been pelted by rotten eggs, or even a strategically tossed nerf ball? I mean, really... Does he have a major security contingent not unlike GWB* who could manage to prevent him any exposure to the "lowly rabble?"


Does this not surprise anyone else?


Ok, one other question, that maybe some can answer... What is the Connecticut press saying about Lieberman's latest antics?

2. Don' t know about the CT press,

but the last poll (Quinnipiac a month ago) gave him a job approval rating of 49-44 and 64-29 that he should not lose his committee chairmanship if he filibusters the bill.
