2. I donated $5; my first time donating to MoveOn.

Got home and my wife said I should have donated $30.

3. Yeah, the rate that money is pouring in there would give even an idiot

a reason to reconsider his position. Whether lieberman will get it, though, remains to be seen.

Currently up to $884,974.94. Seems like a lot of dough in one day, to me.

(edit to add: thanks for donating! I kicked in 20, which is more than I really can afford, but, hey, you only live once and the pleasure I got out of helping kick liarman's but is worth every penny!)

4. I'm sure the amount is small compared to the perks he's getting from the lobbyists.

But hopefully it indicates a level of public dissatisfaction, and $1M to fund anti-Lieberman ads is nice, too.

I don't know how many people donated, but MoveOn was specifically requesting small donations, so it's likely a lot of people in a short time.
