Those who died in Iraq from Dec 6 to 12:

Sgt Ralph Frietas 23 Detroit MI
Pvt Jhanner Tello 29 Los Angeles CA
Pvt Jaiciae Pauley 29 Austell GA

209 Iraqi sisters and brothers were killed.

In Afghanistan were killed:

Sgt Elijah Rao 26 Lake Oswego OR
Sgt Dennis Hansen 31 Panama City FL
Cpl Adam Drane 23 England
Cpl Xhacob Latorre 21 Waterbury CT

78+ Afghanis and Pakistanis were killed.

I see a number of nice tributes in the small town papers my family follows. Otherwise, these lost men and women don't seem to receive much notice. Sad, sad.

He went to the funeral last night. He went to school with the mother. He said it was a very moving tribute.
