Let's introduce the SNIP bill
this would mandate vasectomies for all males over the age of 12. This way there will be none of those distressing unwanted pregnancies. Since vasectomies are (mostly) reversible, the population wouldn't decline too much AND the abortion rate would be very low.

Call your senators (especially the men) and let them know you want a SNIP amendment to the HCR bill.

2. On a more serious note, putting research $$ into contraception would make a huge difference.
We need a way to reset the default position from "fertile" to "infertile"...and a way to turn that switch back to "fertile" when desired...essentially a sterile population with access to a "conception pill".

We'd realize HUGE gains from technology like this.

5. Ummm...the default position would be "infertile"...no insurance needed.
Population reduction, eliminating unwanted pregnancies...

You don't see the benefit?
