I think before this matter is at an end, before the two bills meet, there will come from backstage a hero for us. A person who, like Howard Dean, tells the truth to the whole country. I can imagine a person who will wave a magic wand and make everything okay. I must take my head back down to earth and realize it is fantasy. I grew up reading fairy tales so it still is difficult for me not to imagine good things. I hate giving up, but at this stage I do not know what to do.

although people are really pissed off. And I mean pretty much everyone, I haven't seen a consensus like this on DU for a long time. The talking heads are also speaking out. The WH is in full panic mode slamming out the talking points and personal attacks on Dean who seems to have grabbed the flag of the people and run with it. It's like they were pushing and pushing to see how much we would take and Lieberman was the last straw. The next few days are going to be interesting.
