I have some honest questions. What are the mechanisms to enforce
compliance by the insurance companies? What agency will do it? What is the funding for enforcement? Say Insurance companies are colluding and refusing coverage to people with pre-existing conditions on spurious grounds, will they just pay fines? Will they fight in court? How on earth do keep the ever more empowered and richer insurance companies in check?

1. It's called Deregulation.
It's been happening for years now. There are NO checks and balances any more, just highway robbery at our expense.

3. Oh they will let in people with preexisting conditions. All they have to do is price it at a crazy
Rate. Then they can say they allow it but you can't afford it.

5. They have exemption to Taft-Hartley just like baseball
unless the House bill passes. The Senate bill does not take it away. Think about it. The only industry with an exemption is the medical companies and ML baseball.

6. They get, we give. They can do whatever they want, we're monitored scrupulously,so that
we're appropriately fined.

Methinks the prison industry is going to expand--along with peonage.
