Has anybody emphasised the outrage the average American will feel,
when they first hear they will be forced to buy health insurance,
or face fines and or jail.
FoxNews will be running this 24/7.

If they can't afford it, they only can get it without paying for it if they are poor enough for Medicaid. If they can't afford insurance but can't qualify for Medicaid, what do they expect to do with the subsidy?
