Obama's Political Capital Squandered

The thing Obama had that he could count on to use as a club over the heads of his opponents was the overwhelming support he held amongst the electorate. He has tossed that out the window.

And in less than a year when our Democratic candidates plead with us to vote for them to put them over 60 seats in the Senate, their pleas will be met with laughter. If you can't do what Repugs accomplished with 9 fewer seats than you don't deserve my vote.

about donating for 2010.

The poor working stiff who had to make the call really got an earful. I told him the Senators should make these calls themselves so they can get some idea about just how furious people are.
