What are the PRO's and CON's to the Senate bill? I am trying to wrap my head around the division

here. PLEASE SKIP THE IT'S BAD OR BECAUSE CRAP. I want a concrete list that I can post later. Right now I only see downside. For those that support it...what am I missing?

1. It's easy: no pros left, only cons.
Even the "reforms and regulation" some are claiming are facades. For example, insurers could no longer refuse insurance to those with pre-existing conditions, but they could charge those with such conditions up to 50% more, blocking access for many.
