9. Are you really saying Obama's first year is worse than Bush's eight?
Edited on Thu Dec-17-09 05:02 PM by tridim
For your sake, I hope I read that wrong.

14. Obama isn't running the sideshow right now
Dems in the house and senate are collectively walking away from us.The way I see it, we'll lose any advantage we have now in the mid-terms next year. Obama/Biden run for a second term. If they win, it will be by a narrow margin.

Repubs will continue to destroy the system...

Only thing left is to put together a team for 2016

15. Can you answer my question please.
That's a pretty serious accusation. I'd like to know where you really stand.

16. the only accusation I've made is
that the Democratic leadership appear to have caved to corporate interests...

specifically around finance and health-care.

In finance they've allowed the credit card companies to stick it to the consumer...AGAIN

and health-care without a public-option is nothing more than a corporate welfare bill..

Did I make my position clear enough?

17. Allow me to quote you..
"I put up with bush/cheney for 8.. Dean/Franken will just have a bigger mess to clean up..."

That is a serious accusation. If you don't want to answer my question, fine. But don't pretend you didn't say it just 5 minutes ago.

Are you really saying Obama's first year is worse than Bush's eight?

19. If you wish to infer that...then that is your perogative
I never said Obama's first year is worse than Bush's eight...

and I clarified my position at your request several minutes ago

If they don't have a primary fight, they should expect a strong third party challenge from the left.

from Democrats and Independents than they did in 2008 and that could mean the difference in winning or losing if the Republicans nominate an electable candidate.

No matter who it is, for many of us it is the old fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Once bitten, twice shy.
