6. An Act for The Modification of The Medicare System.
One page.

First paragraph says, Eligibility for Medicare begins at birth.

Second paragraph says: An annual premium shall be assessed for each person covered, at the same premium paid for Medicare coverage by those over 65, and subject to the same rules for adjustment.

Third paragraph: All persons covered under Medicare may purchase additional insurance, as desired, to pay for any amount not covered by Medicare payments.

Fourth paragraph: This act shall take effect 30 days after it is passed by both houses of Congress and signed by the President of The United States.

Fifth paragraph: That is all.
