1. The SCOTUS finally gets it!!!!
If the ruling is with the neocons, they are interpreting the Constitution. If the neos disagree with the ruling they are making law from the bench.

It is surely a tremendous relief that SCOTUS is now able to be not only an interpreter of the law, but that they also all have medical expertise, and know what is and what is not best for those in our society most intellectually unable to make their own decisions, namely women.
