I want to let them know that a public option that anyone can buy into is essential, that I do NOT support a mandate, and that the whole tihng about buying across state lines is pure bullshit and health insurance will turn to credit cards if individual states are not allowed to regulate.

2. My advice - keep it short & simple.

I used to sweat about what I wrote. I wanted it to be eloquent. Well, what would happen is I would spend so much time fretting over it that it never got done. Write from the heart! It doesn't have to be eloquent or long. It just has to express the way you feel. Now, I write to my senators, rep & the WH at least once a week.

That said, I question if they read it.
