Such as:
Who owns the hospitals and other facilities; and if it's not the current people, are they paid for them, or just taken
Who employs the doctors and other staff, and sets their pay
Can doctors or other employees make all decisions without reference to what they'd cost?
Are you paying for this from income tax, corporation tax, sales tax or what?
How much will those rise?
What happens about pharmaceutical companies? Who sets the prices (or owns the companies in the US, for that matter)?

From my reading of these pages it seems most folks want it all and they don't want to pay for it, so I figured they'd make my OP a greatest.
Maybe they actually know better?
