2. What blows me away about all this the most is |
|
the fact they do this right out in the open, stand right up there and lie to us like we can't even understand the english language and know what the hell they're saying is a lie. I guess when it comes right down to it we're to blame mostly for allowing things to progress to where we find ourselves today. Or at least I accept my part of the blame.
bunch of measly weasly mouthed skunks the whole crew, save for a few, both sides.

4. I'm constantly sickened by how much lavish praise is needlesly heaped on Reid |

by his colleagues. In my mind the biggest challenge for the Democratic party is strong Senate, and to a lesser degree house leadership. The Republicans are almost always able to galvanize and push legislation through, they find a way to garner enough Democratic support. Democrats don't. President Carters undoing was faiure of his administration was failure to prioritize and push legislation through, whereas the Democrats allowed Reagan damn near a full first term honeymoon.

They just were needing to find the most naive and stupid bunch to push it through for them finally.
In the early 1970s, Kennedy characterized this model of reform as, "...a partnership between the administration and the private health insurance industry. For the private industry, the administration plan offers a windfall of billions of dollars annually. The windfall is not entirely a surplus, since elements of Administration's proposal appear to have originated in the insurance industry itself"

5. I think the Dem's intentionally let this bill be delayed until now so |
|
they could pass this piece of shit while everyone is too distracted by the shopping, traveling and/or planning for the holidays to really pay attention and know exactly what is being done. They waited until the slowest of news period of the year to do this deed, hoping that it would slip under the radar of most of us. Fucking assholes, one and all!
