1. I'm a PP volunteer, and have been chosen to be a clinic escort. But I'm not

sure this will really harm anyone......Why do I think this?

I really believe they (OK assholes) want to be able to pinpoint the areas where they can help women in the future.

But then, I could be totally wrong.

2. Oh bull. They want to shame and scare women away from abortions.
There are ways other than publicly posting personal data to gather this information and help women.

This isn't about helping women.

3. No--this is either a shame game, or it's to make mom "think about her choices", like she's five.
It's certainly not to help women, and it's not to collect valid and useful statistics.

4. The agenda here is not

to benefit women or help those who can help women in the future.

I believe that because you are a clinic escort and come from a compassionate stance, that you are giving these people (OK assholes. smile) too much of your own personality here.

If they wanted to help women in the future they would openly support giving women all the tools and knowledge to prevent even having to consider abortion now. If they wanted to benefit women, they would RESPECT their privacy and simply do what a woman wants for her own reproductive health and life situation.

How can they not already KNOW why women choose abortions? The very tone of the questions states that they DO know why and just want to make everything harder for the woman. It is NOT their business. It is their legal obligation to give the women the best possible care to make sure she can remain healthy.

Anytime women are questioned in this fashion (and as far as I could see without addressing anything about the man that had to have been involved)it does not come from a good place or out of any concern but trying to change her mind, shame her or load enough guilt and fear on her that she won't even bother.

It's insidious. It's wrong and it is profoundly UGLY.

7. Wow.
That's evil.

Even if they leave off their name, there is enough information there to help the keyboard commando talibornagains to identify these women.

12. The obvious 'MURDERS" are the "pro-life" murderers of doctors . . .
Keep in mind that each and every woman makes this decision for herself --

each an independent decision.

AND, Catholics have just as many abortions as any other women -- and they want

contraception and abortion covered in a government run health care plan.

Attempt to use Papal Bulls, Pelosi and Stupak, to deny all of this doesn't change reality!!

So who are these anti-abortion "teabaggers" . . . ???

Who has financed Randall Terri and the violence against women's clinics?

We don't know because the FBI has so far refused to recognize this anti-abortion

terrorism as domestic terrorism!!!

13. Clear violation of HIPAA.
You cannot gather this type of personal information and post it online if there is one iota of a chance that the patient can be identified.

The Rule requires appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy of personal health information, and sets limits and conditions on the uses and disclosures that may be made of such information without patient authorization. The Rule also gives patients rights over their health information, including rights to examine and obtain a copy of their health records, and to request corrections.

14. it is a modern day virtual "stoning"
since we've become civilized, the "ones who deem themselves moral judges" cannot simply gather, condemn and stone evil wanton women, this is the closest they can get. and I hope this ATTEMPT is as close as they can get!
