I didn't realize what a dope Sen. Burr of NC is.
What a tool.

He's described as having co-sponsored a bill banning human-animal hybrids according to his Wikipedia page.

Wow. That's really stupid.

4. Yep going to be hard to get rid of him to.
His area is reliably red. Same with Virgina Fox.

5. Wasn't John Edwards a Senator there?
Surely, we can find another progressive Democrat to run against him in November.

6. Burr's Senate Seat is cursed
No one's been reelected to it since Sam Ervin in 1968.

9. Thanks! Pittsburgh just scored a touchdown
Asking God for political favors makes about as much sense as asking him for football victories.

Sorry for the non-sequitor.

10. Edwards was a fake. He was a Senator,
but as I said his area is reliably red, best we could do is a Blue dog. I'm all for that to get rid of Burr.

13. Who is the most progressive of those three?
Edited on Sun Dec-20-09 05:37 PM by Cleita
I will look into him or her. There is no reason that I and other DUers from out of state can't send him money to campaign on if we like him. It's the candidates that are getting the corporate money that make it hard for the grass roots candidates to fight back. Simply they need money especially in states like yours.

that we have progressed at all in the last thousand centuries.
