I just learned a new trick

I never knew this before (I bet I among the last to find this out, but hey .... I'm easily amused). You can save a web page as a file and open it in a browser later as if it were still a live file.

I think this is a good thing for saving certain threads. Like those infested by trolls .... such as a certain one that is active as I type this. I haven't posted in it, but its amusing. And now I have it for posterity.

How many times has someone wished they could see who said what before a thread gets locked or deleted or a post gets pulled? Maybe we can cooperate and create a new kind of archive where such gems are preserved?
