If we do end up with the Senate bill as the bill that gets signed, let's start a national campaign to get local and state governments to agree that no funds be used in prosecuting anyone for not buying insurance, and that any federal funds allocated for such arrests be used instead to provide free healthcare. Also, get someone to introduce federal legislation decriminalizing non-purchase(or, possibly, reduce the penalty to a 1$ fine).
That would be one way to keep the struggle going.

...so they are going to use the IRS as the Enforcement Agency. Now THAT is "historic". The Republicans could have NEVER gotten away with THAT.
Everybody WILL PAY one way or the other.
