So if someone gets laid off today, coughs up huge money for COBRA for 18 months before it's exhausted, he only has to wait another...three (3) years for health insurance?
This is the best we can do with huge majorities in both houses and a Dem president?
Remember "Talk me down"? Talk me down.

I guess they look at it as better than waiting until your 65.

5. There are about 14 provisions that will be enacted almost immediately |
|
as for what you have mentioned there will be funding set aside to help people cover the cost until this part of the program kicks in.

12. About 14? Are there 14 or not? Is about 14 equal to 13? 12.5? 15? |
|
I'm confused. Is that like "kinda pregnant"?
Are there 14? And if there are, what are they specifically?

to accept things as they REALLY are rather than make excuses for how one THINKS they are.
President Obama would sign single payer in a heartbeat IF progressives had huge majorities in both houses, but they do not. The Democratic PARTY does.
The fact of the matter is that progressives need huge majorities thinking in lockstep in both houses to accomplish what they want. Working towards that goal would be a lot more effective than making excuses.
