Here's my thought.
If we keep them out of the process, then they won't have a say if the public option is included. It will get in the final bill.
However, if we keep them out of the process they wouldn't have been able to voice their objections. They'll wind up turning even more spiteful and definitely not vote for the bill.
What do you think? Please post your rationale.
