Blue Dog House Rep Shows True Colors: Defects to the GOP
Parker Griffith says he wasn't comfortable as a Democrat

HUNTSVILLE, AL -- Claiming that he couldn't find a comfortable seat at the Democratic table, District 5 Congressman Parker Griffith said Tuesday afternoon that he is now giving his allegiance to the Republican Party.

Griffith, 67, was elected last November to replace longtime Democrat Bud Cramer, who gave him his endorsement. Supporters pumped nearly $1.78 million into the retired cancer doctor's campaign, with most of those presumably Democrats.

1. Good. Let him go. Now he doesn't need the support of the Dems

in the next election cycle.

2. What a doucher. Interestingly, this seat has had a Democratic Congressman since 1866.
Even though it goes heavy for Repubs for President. So way to break that streak Congressman Douchebag.

I wonder if Bud Cramer, the AL Dem who last held this seat would come out of retirement?

3. Bump, because this is important.
Every dollar in Parker Griffith's campaign coffers should go back to the donors or the DCCC. Does anyone on here have him for a Congressman?
