in as a blind bider AFTER Macca told him it was up for auction and he planned to buy back his own work. It was too late to get another bid in. it was a rotten thing to do, and the best investment MJ ever made.
And MJ really needed the tax deductions he got from those charities and still didn't bother to pay his taxes. All that glitters isn't gold. he may not have been horrible, but he wasn't an angel and my point is , folks had a reason to want vengeance. I didn't say I agreed they should get it. More accurately, I should say the money that the Beatles' catalog represents, very likely an extremely high sum.

I have exactly zero evidence of a connection but the FBI would have happily done Jackson in on abuse allegations if they had a shred of evidence, and lacking same, the question remains about the money.
