Zoo like conditions arise to feed the system with even more criminals who are sentenced to the Jail. People are reduced to tribal levels of survival without giving up your manhood.

This is a breeding ground for the penal system dept....which is like most other systems...someone wants an empire and the Penal system is an example...

So where is the discussion on a National Level?

What doe we do to solve/reduce the prison population? On a National Level.

Turn those Guards loose to do other,,, more wholesome,,, means of earning a living...

Let them earn a living doing Happy Things...like being a musician, artist, etc....we need more Happy.

Reduce the Prisoner Population in ways to reduce "Returen rate"....

Find ways to make this work and we will listen...
