I have no idea what she is talking about?

I always find this so bizarre, as in the UK most people treat it as a secular holiday. Christians go to church services and no one stops them! If I celebrate (or not) holidays in my own evil atheist ethnic-Jewish way, it doesn't take the Christ out of anyone else.
