I found this website 6 years ago at Christmas and that's a pleasant thought every December. I've made some good friends here and am most grateful for that. And I can't even express my gratitude for the wealth of knowledge I've gained here.
If you're in a state hit by this awful weather, stay inside and stay warm. If you're in a warm place, shut up about it :)

Just got through watching the Star Trek movie from this year. Really good. Here in the very dreary, snowy, and wer DC area, and missing my daughter, who is in Tampa (and 33). God bless us, every one.

We asked the kids if they wanted presents or a vacation and they picked vacation.
Meanwhile back home there is a blizzard.
