Why do I have to create a thread to get a positive recommendation? |
|
When I un-rec a thread, the un-rec should have the name "Boojatta" attached to it, so that people can give a positive rec to my un-recommend. That way, everyone will see that my un-recommendation was glorious and deserving of the positive "recommended" that it received.
In my futile efforts to create one thread that will receive a positive evaluation, I clog up the system with many pointless threads. If I were more competitive, then perhaps I would appreciate that a thread created by me attained a rating of zero while many threads created by others are in negative territory. Alas, I am not a competitive soul, but merely an ambitious one.

6. Why do you care so much about a positive rec? |
|
Just post whatever the hell you feel like posting (within the rules) and let the chips fall where they may.

8. Don't think of it as clogging. |
|
Think of it as using a vast stage beautifully.
It may not be true, but it's a nicer thought. :)

14. You're not the only one. There's also Thickasabrick and perhaps others. |

It's just that the negative rec givers outnumber the positive rec givers on this thread.

12. I take pride when my threads are Unrec |

I have this image of people sitting at their computers, snarling, Cheetos in one hand , in their underwear and an Obama T shirt, angrily unrec everything I post. I think its funny!
