The Chief of Staff is no reason to buy into the Rightwing's fiction.

That DU'ers are stupid enough to fall for Grover Norquist's strategy is disturbing.

Maybe those DU'ers signing onto Norquist's strategy need to look up the definition of RATFUCKING.

1. Norquist simply wants Rahm investigated. That's a separate issue
Edited on Sat Dec-26-09 09:30 AM by mcablue
And the blocking of an Inspector General who would have overseen related aspects of Freddie Mac's and Fannie Mae's operations. I think you are beating a strawman here. From investigating a person to "blaming the crisis on X," you make a big leap.

Oh, and it's not only "Norquist's strategy." It's Jane Hamsher's strategy also, and she's a liberal.

2. You're justifying "anything" Norquist wants? Ugh. That's very telling.

6. When did I say "anything"? I support his and Jane's call to investigate Rahm
Do you know what "anything" means? I'm not a conservative, therefore I obviously don't justify "anything" (meaning everything without exceptions) he does or advocates.

11. You're giving Norquist a pass. He shouldn't even be mentioned on
a Democratic message board; don't ask me what Hamsher was thinking.

15. Does it strike you as weird he NEVER wanted anyone investigated in the Bush* Administration?
Edited on Sat Dec-26-09 10:36 AM by Toots
Nine Billion Dollars in cold hard cash,(hundred dollar bills shrink wrapped and palletized) just disappeared and no one called for any investigation. Human beings tortured and he didn't call for any investigations, False information deliberately given to Congress by Scully on the Prescription drug Plan and he didn't call for any investigations. The list is pretty much endless yet NEVER once was an Investigation called for by any Republican let alone Grover Norquist..

4. We aren't head in the sand types here.
If the accusation comes up it needs to be explored. Debunk it with facts instead of an af hominem type of attack and you'd be much more convincing.

8. There is absolutely ZERO justification to attempt any sort of White Watering of this White House
and it's disgusting that the loony left is actually helping the right wingnuts do it.
