Making a Hamquist Sandwich is relatively easy, and can be done in less than 10 minutes.

Digesting a Hamquist sandwich, however, can take the rest of your life.

Democratic Ingredients:
Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Two slices of 9 grain, whole wheat bread

Republican Ingredients:
Brillo pad
Tar paper shingle
Ground glass
