...it is wrong for people to die for lack of resources. That means starving even if only by eating poorly and weakening resistance to disease because a balanced diet was too expensive.

That means being killed by the elements when public buildings are heated and locked.

That means years lost because "the best" health care "in the world" is something you can't get access to.


We don't have a display of people with distended bellies and ribs showing, nor homeless sleeping on each home's lawn. We'll never see the killing fields that the simple lack of primary care has become.

Instead watch your plasma tv's and believe all is well. Because if you die in the "Land of Opportunity" you MUST have earned it.

Otherwise I couldn't sleep well...
