I can't see any way that the federal government is going to allow it's workers to come into work after having a joint on the way in.

6. It's practically legal
here in the Bay Area of CA. Not at all uncommon to see people toking up on the street. So for me it probably wouldn't make any difference. I don't smoke it because I don't like the way it makes me feel. I either get confused and slightly paraniod or I just feel really slow. I did have a good time at a Rolling Stones concert in 1997 though.

Maybe I'd try it again just to see if I have the same reaction.
