4. Who screens the passengers who board in Amsterdam

the United States or the people from Amsterdam. I don't understand why OUR Homeland Security Department is being faulted for it. I do think they should take better precautions, but how come we are supposed to tell the whole world how to do things. Of course the republicans get their "viagra surge" from it, but foreign countries want to take care of their own business.
