All of them. From my recollection:
Australia 1980+ - All of them: Hawke (1983), the last being Rudd (2007). United Kingdom 1980+ - All of them: Thatcher (Wapping), Blair (1997), Cameron(2009) United States 1980+ - All excepting Barack Obama, cf. HRC.

One correction: Cameron is fortunately NOT our leader yet, though very likely he will be in the coming year, thanks in part to Revolting Rupert.
