3. What causes this explosive to explode?

Usually explosives of this sort ONLY explode with a blasting cap or some similar concussion device. Without such it can not explode and can only burn when lit with a match.. Can you imagine someone trying to board an aircraft with a live blasting cap in their pants? They would never get through the first metal detector.. There was no way in Hell someone could blow up a plane with the type of explosive he had without some sort of blasting cap.. NONE.
