It was called "Falang: Behind Bangkok's Smile" and was absolutely heartbreaking. I would suggest everyone pick it up or find it online (I downloaded a torrent of it off pirates bay). Here's the trailer, which in itself made me tear up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEqGHfA2gI0

1. Yeah, support documentary filmmakers by stealing their work....
http://www.amazon.com/Bangkok-Girl-Documentary-about-Thailands/dp/B000MCIANA

People getting compensated for their work, what a concept.

Of course we all know its the corpro-fascist imperialist American film industry that makes a killing off documentary movies about the human sex slave/trade industry so maybe stealing from them is ok after all.

3. Considering I'll NEVER watch it if I have to pay
I'd say they should just be happy another person saw it.

6. You should try that at restaurants - see how it goes.
"Look I'd never eat here if I had to pay. So you just be happy I'm dining and dashing."

Perhaps you imagine that Documentary Filmmakers are living in the lap of luxury?

8. Impressive how quickly this thread turned
from discussion of the issue in the OP to the other, obviously more important, discussion of intellectual property rights. :eyes:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The trailer is indeed heartbreaking. I'll make a point to find a copy to watch the whole thing.
