Mr. Tesha works for a big, big company that is slowly putting itself out of business through a combination of not reading the market correctly, not responding to those changing conditions, out-sourcing like crazy, and entering that mode of constantly laying-off the older, loyal talent. Plus, he's pretty far outside the particular technical discipline he'd rather be working in. So he'd probably vote for either "underemployed" or "in fear of layoff".
Generally speaking, things are not great for either of us.
