Limbaugh: I hope his insurance drops him and he has to payout of pocket
I won't be here today, so I just wanted to get that one thought in. And it has probably been said before.
And I know a $50,000 bill is pocket change to him. But imagine his poutrage!
C'mon United or Aetna or whoever. Show Rushie what health insurance is really like. Practice that recission right here, right now.

2. LOL I was thinking the same... if they denied him due to a pre-existing condition...
Yes he can pay out of pocket and it wouldn't dent him but it would be a nice slap in the face as to how things are.

5. Make him beg for charity care. Or have that looked at, in an arena of free health care.

With apologies in advance to DUers who may have family or friend suffering from stroke-related illness:

I am rooting for a stroke-related paralysis of some sort. Nice thoughts for a New Year's no? But he just brings out the worst in me!

YUCK!

7. That is chump change to him.
Its actually an outrage that someone who is rich and is abusing their body can use the pooled funds of others to pay their bills.

8. Rush would never be dropped
from the health insurance industry as long as he is still able to suck wind and do their free promos on air.

9. Consider Glenn Beck. He was beat up his health insurance and health providers...
... but he's still the same old asshole.

Don't expect any changes in Limbaugh.

10. He could have a quintuple bypass
followed by months of a platinum rehab plan with nurses around the clock and never miss the money.

12. THe insurance industry will not drop him
He is one of their mouthpieces fueling the angst on the Health Care Reform.

They will make sure he gets the best care possible.

13. unfortunately, I recall someone a while back pointing out that his surgery
restoring his hearing was not done under insurance ... he allegedly paid out of his own pocket ... of course, when you make $20 mil a year, you probably can afford a $100K or so hospital bill ...

probably can find that in the folds of his skin ... isn't that how he pays the hush money to the Dominican Republic kids? "Take what you can find ..."

15. A friend of mine, who listens to Limbaugh, told me that Rush said he doesn't use health insurance.
I don't know if that is true or not, but he can certainly afford to pay it himself.
