I don't remember the EXACT words, but on one of his radio or television programs Rush Limbaugh said, "I don't think we should kill all the liberals. I think we should leave one or two alive so we can remember what they were like." And if you go over to any of the right-wing websites you can find conservatives screaming for our heads. (Bartcop posted a link to Orly's website; on it there was a RW lynch mob saying shit like "we should take up arms and hold a protest at the White House, and if he won't step down like a gentleman we'll let him know we won't be responsible for the next protest." IOW they are openly calling for liberals, including the president of the United States (who is NOT a liberal, sorry kids--then again, in their perverted worldview "liberal" means "one click to the left of Benito Mussolini") to be murdered in cold blood.

Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander; if you fuckers want to openly call for the murder of liberals, don't whine when your hero goes to the hospital and one of us jokes, "oh, I wish he'd die."

Two wrongs don't make a right. I'm going to be a bigger man, so to speak, than Rush and his reich wing friends and behave as a good and decent person while he's sick. I can't say anything nice here, nor can I quite bring myself to wish him better health, so I will keep my silence.

I fight the urge that is in my heart. But I don't have to fight it if I realize that we are all brothers and sisters. It certainly doesn't seem that way. But there is a potential.
