Osborne said they were joking about playing the hand game, rock-paper-scissors, when Ziolkowski allegedly brandished his gun, made a comment about "Polish roulette" and explained how it differs from "Russian roulette."

"The deputies involved were really shocked this happened. That's when the joking turned to this serious scenario," Osborne said. "One of the deputies said ‘What are you doing?’ And at that point, they laughed it off and (Ziolkowski) placed his gun on the desk."



This is the same Department which tased the 11 year old not long ago. WTF?!
