How do you "profile" a religion?

Aren't there Muslims from everywhere? Irish Muslims? Japanese Muslims? German Muslims? Chinese Muslims? Portuguese Muslims? Mexican Muslims? Canadian Muslims? Norwegian Muslims?

How do you profile someone by religion if they don't disclose it? Am I missing something here?

The reason? It's impossible to have a two-tier legal system for Muslims and non-Muslims unless the Muslims are identified.

Here's an idea of how fucked up the legal system there is:

It's a time-honored historical tradition in several eras & governments & religions, of labeling "others", limiting their rights, imprisoning them, sterilizing them, killing them...for the common welfare! This way, you don't have to identify a common set of potentially suspicious behaviors or criminal activities, or establish effective screening procedures or use your brain to think things through.

You also don't have to ensure that all people have equal access to food & clothing & clean water & education & medical treatment so that terrorists & rebellion are virtually eliminated or hugely reduced. Nope. Badges are cheaper & good for the environment if you use recycled old pajamas.
