Lord knows, Fox is not renowned for honesty. However, the ghost images make me wonder what is happening. See the "t-shirt" image above the marquee? Now, look to the far right top, there is also a ghost image of the yardline. How did that happen? Could this be a clever photoshop?

ETA: Go to the orginal source, via your link. The yardline runs partially through the leg of the person standing behind #23. (his leg closest to the player)

6. Could they have extend 1st&10 in some way?
Perhaps to also "beef up" lines that aren't completely computer-generated?
