Failin Quiters little money laundering gig...
Report: Bristol Palin may become a political consultant

http://rawstory.com/2009/01/report-bristol-palin-political-consultant/

MSNBC's Rachel Maddow has looked into online claims that Bristol Palin, the 19-year-old daughter of Sarah Palin, has launched a political PR and consultancy firm -- and has found the claims to be true.

But that doesn't mean the 19-year-old Bristol -- mother of Tripp, now the focus of a custody battle -- will be running her mother's 2012 presidential campaign, Maddow says.

Researchers on the Rachel Maddow Show have obtained documents showing that the younger Palin filed paperwork in September to launch a company that can provide lobbying, public relations and political consulting services.

Thomas Van Flein, Palin's lawyer, told Maddow that Bristol Palin incorporated herself as part of her work as "ambassador" for the Candie's Foundation, an abstinence-oriented youth group.

1. Bristol is "ambassador" for an abstinence group? What hypocrisy! She didn't abstain.
What on earth are kids supposed to learn from that? That you can have sex, bear a child, and make lots of money as a result?

3. Man, this tabloid buncha donuts just gets weirder and more questionable with each month.
57 million people. Imagine that. 57 million people that need their heads examined. 57 million people that take this country's future about as seriously as they take their own.

With each batshittery story that comes from this giant box of rocks, one wonders what it must be like to dwell in the heads of her supporters. Is there enough living space in there? What color must the sky be in their little worlds?

You can almost hear the Looney Tunes theme clear from Alasker.

This is beyond sick. Ambassador for an abstinence-oriented youth group - Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! The only thing family Palin abstain from is the truth.

into the custody battle, as well. CelticDiva has a fascinating post this morning. In keeping with my pledge not to start Palin threads, I was just waiting for someone to start one so I could post this..

"Palin's Hairdresser Among Those Who Think Harrassing Judges is a Good Idea"
http://divasblueoasis.com/diary/968/palins-hairdresser-among-those-who-think-harassing-judges-is-a-good-idea

This really goes under the category of "you just can't make this stuff up."

Someone in a Facebook group made an insane decision: because they disagreed with the ruling that keeps the Palin v. Johnston custody hearing proceedings "open," they thought it would be a "good idea" to harass the judges who made that decision.

Twitter's @JessicaBeehive (Jessica Steele) and @Talkradiohost (KBYR's Eddie Burke) decided to pick up the banner and run with it.

(Of course, this action completely justifies the judges ruling after all...that Levi's only defense against Palin's national standing and fanatical followers is openness. Why? It clearly demonstrates how national smear campaigns can be launched by Palin supporters with no visible ties to Palin herself. If there was a gag order, this kind of warfare could continue unmercifully and Levi Johnston would be unable to defend himself. I doubt the Palinistas see the irony.)

As a result of the information circling around the Internet last night and this morning, I was concerned enough to craft a letter and send it to a number of law enforcement agencies within Alaska...mainly because I don't really know who has jurisdiction and would need to be warned. I'm printing the letter itself because it provides the best explanation:

<snip - much more>

8. And it's really poor timing on their part

Considering the courthouse shooting yesterday.

And the release of a report on the escalating violence against judges in this country.

I hope the feds come down hard on these nitwits.

9. Tax avoidance?
Does she end up paying less personal taxes if her income is funnelled into a LLC?

10. I think she can use it as a tax shelter of sorts. Don't be the least bit surprised
if Todd is suddenly on the payroll working for his daughter.

Get the picture?
