I like the fact that "teabaggers" has become part of the common language |
|
The talking heads wouldn't ever use the word "crazies" but is perfectly comfortable using the word.
And Tweety is calling them out as being lily white pretty much exclusively

1. The trouble is that they have more of the media attention then we do. |
|
I feel uneasy when media people write them off as crazies as if we don't have to give them any real attention. They are going to have a lot to say about the outcome of the 2010 elections and I feel more to say than we will. We will stay home and they will vote just as in 1994. If we don't get what we want we plan to give them Dems what fore! It's like kicking yourself in the ass.

3. Is teabagging (the sexual, not the political, variety) an exclusively gay pastime? |
|
From what I understand, it isn't, so I don't think it can be called a homophobic slur. Am I misreading you?
As for the teabaggers being mostly white...well, they are, and I for one am glad Caucasians (like me) can say to other whites, "you're wrong for wanting to keep the unfair privilege of your skin color".
