Emanuel exit?

DC clairvoyants say Rahm Emanuel will leave as President Obama's chief-of-staff in the not-too-distant future. Though once a congressman himself, Emanuel is said to be frustrated with lawmakers who won't bend to his will. And his temper -- similar to the Ari Gold-like eruptions of his super-agent brother, Ari Emanuel, in Hollywood -- has not been well received in some quarters. The buzz was reinforced on "The McLaughlin Group" Sunday, when Rahm was labeled "Destined for Political Oblivion by the End of 2010." Obama's fiercely loyal adviser Valerie Jarrett is said to be the frontrunner to take his place.

Bare-ly correct

Ann Coulter told Bill O'Reilly on Fox News Channel the other day that if digital imaging machines for airport security are installed in New York, "Pictures of our naked bodies will wind up on Page Six." "Not true, Ann," O'Reilly replied. In fact, we promise never to run nude photos of the emaciated polemicist. But as for Penelope Cruz, no such vow.

1. Seems to me Rahm got EVERYTHING he wanted--time to go work for Tauzin
or start his own Vicious Unprincipled Viper in a Silk Suit shop.

5. It's just disgusting. He beats on progressives til they destroy any meaningful HCR
and he is frustrated with lawmakers who won't bend to his will. What part of his will was thwarted? That the insurance companies still have to give us a policy after we pay them? That the House might still push for some of their provisions to get in the bill? When, exactly, was Rahm told he is now dictator of the world who must be obeyed?

10. LOL!1 - Ode to my faithfully stalking UnReKKKer!1

Dear One,

Guess what, not EVERY thread posted is worth EITHER a Rec OR an UnReKKK!1 And I myself said many times during the Great Debate on UnReKKK that I never look at the Greatest Page and regard it mostly as a tool for Visitors, like media types, who don't have the time to delve through the entrails of DU, but how I DO a lot of Rec-ing (obviously, for OTHERS), both for merit and to keep worthy topics from falling through the cracks.

Ah, you DISAPPROVE of thread after thread!1 Woe, WOE is you, YOU!1 Kisses to make your sour woe all better for you --actually, NOT!1
