Supposedly the richest most advanced country in the world with spy satellites and mega computers.. and we can't find a man hooked up to a dialysis machine living in a cave?

We bust grow houses by flying over and looking for a heat signature on the roof. Why not caves?

I bet Dog-The-Bounty-Hunter could find him for a lot less then $50 Billion.

The CIA created Al-Qeada to fight against the Russians in Afghanistan. Then why can't the CIA quit funding Al-Qaeda and make them disband?

It turned out he was living in the north Ga. mountains all that time, and was found when someone accidentally recognized him when he stopped at a small grocery store. I've never heard of that. I do seem to remember that at one time it was either $15 or $25 million, but I've NEVER heard of a bounty in the billions.
